Our policies on refunds, cancellations, and exchanges
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through BandSaaS-powered websites operated by independent artists, bands, and creators ("Sellers"). BandSaaS acts as the platform provider; each Seller is the merchant of record for their own products and content.
We want every fan to have a positive experience. If something goes wrong with your purchase, we're here to help. The refund terms below vary by product type, as the nature of digital and physical goods differs.
All purchasable tracks on BandSaaS include a free 1-minute preview so you can listen before committing. We encourage you to use the preview feature to ensure the content meets your expectations.
Because digital music downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds for digital music purchases are generally not available once the download link has been accessed or the file has been streamed in full.
However, we will issue a refund if:
Refund requests for digital music must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Physical merchandise (t-shirts, posters, vinyl, accessories, etc.) may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Items fulfilled through print-on-demand services (e.g., Printful, Prodigi) are made to order and cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference (size, colour preference, etc.). Refunds or replacements will still be issued for defective or damaged items.
Event ticket refund policies are set by each individual Seller. Unless the Seller's event page states otherwise:
If an event is cancelled by the Seller, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may request a refund if they are unable to attend the new date.
Tickets may be transferable depending on the Seller's policy. BandSaaS does not facilitate ticket resale or secondary market transactions.
Fan subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to subscriber content until then.
If a Seller offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.
You may cancel or modify your pledge at any time before the crowdfunding campaign's deadline. No charge will be applied for cancelled pledges.
Once a crowdfunding campaign has successfully concluded and your payment has been processed:
If a campaign does not reach its funding goal and the Seller has enabled "all-or-nothing" mode, all pledges will be automatically refunded.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees that are passed on to the Seller and can result in delays.
If you file a chargeback, we will respond with transaction evidence. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase may result in your account being suspended from future purchases on BandSaaS-powered sites.
BandSaaS reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving:
